To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前喺日本食過一風堂，覺得味道都唔錯，所以返到嚟香港都心思思想試吓香港究竟同日本嘅分店有冇分別🤗今日黎開金鐘做野，又咁啱見到呢度有一風堂，就一於試試佢🤩我呢一碗拉麵叫做赤丸玉子（$70），見到個赤字，再見到個湯嚟嘅時候有少少紅紅地，就以為呢個拉麵應該係辣嘅🙈點知食落口完全唔辣啊，有點失望😢而且麵嘅份量都唔算多，所以其實食一個麵係唔夠飽嘅🙈不過佢有得加$5加底，都算幾平嘅🤦🏻‍♀️叉燒方面有兩種可以揀，味道都唔錯🤗
