To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐無黎食喇,咁都訂到我最喜歡張枱,係最入既一張,遠離酒吧同入口,夠靜又坐得舒服。今晚天氣非常好,維港夜景盡收眼底,真係好靚 ﹗一陣仲可以睇埋維港既幻彩詠香江添呢。 今晚八人飯局,諗左好耐決定叫個六人餐再散叫幾碟小菜啦,因為個六人餐有南海一號既招牌菜金榜大蝦同貴妃湯飯囉 ﹗最低消費每位 HKD500,所以仲有空間叫多幾個送。炸蝦片,似薯片囉,味道一般。燒腩仔,不過不失,合格。肥瘦適中,肉質軟墊帶咸香,幾好味 ﹗層皮都脆既,但口感假左啲,一咬就碎,似係翻煎或翻燒過,青葵陳醋雲耳,有陣清香青葵味好醒神。雲耳爽口,辣辣地又酸酸地好開胃。南海 XO 醬鴨舌,一直都以為係麻辣鴨舌,所以感到奇怪點解半點麻辣味道都無呢?原來只係辣 XO 醬,味道只屬微辣,鴨舌肉質滑溜又彈牙,滷水入味帶點清香,好味呢 ﹗椒鹽龍鬚,椒鹽?依個真係無味喎,又食唔到魷魚味,可唔可以比個喼汁我點呢?口感就幾好既,外層鬆脆,魷魚鬚嚥嚥靭靭。燉響螺雞湯,超級香濃呀 ﹗好味到不得了 ﹗未放上枱,響螺味已經撲面而黎喇 ﹗飲落又膠又濃,熱辣辣大啖大啖咁飲,實在停不了 ﹗但每人只得一碗乍 ﹗金榜大蝦,招牌名菜,一定要食 ﹗自家得奬金榜汁

肉架喎 ﹗攞黎煲湯、炒飯、整生菜包都好麻。片皮鴨,南海係皮連肉一齊片架,片完都唔見得有幾多乍喎,不過每人都應該可以分到兩至三件既。由樓面姐姐負責片,我硬係覺得唔係由廚師操刀點都差?囉 ﹗食落鴨肉鴨皮還可以啦,味道唔係特別出眾,而且肉汁欠奉,所以有點 dry dry 地。不過大致上都滿意既,用薄餅卷住兩片鴨加青瓜條再加海鮮醬同吃,都十分冶味 ﹗好滿足。上湯浸腐竹銀杏涼瓜,唔知涼瓜係咩品種呢,從未見過可以片到咁薄,最初都估唔到係咩黎架,要放到入口先知係涼瓜乍。味道帶甘而不苦,令人越食越想食,夠晒諗又索夠上浸,好食。炸乳鴿,炸得金黃香脆,米芝連即係米芝連。肉嫩汁多,香氣撲鼻 ﹗不油又不膩,一舊未食完已經想食第二舊喇 ﹗我當然唔客氣啦,哈哈。個個都唔食頭唔食頸,咁又益左我喇 ﹗一野咬落個鴿腦度,裡面濕潤軟棉而甘香,其實鴿腦味道同質感跟鵝肝差不多啫。龍蝦湯泡貴妃飯,又一味招牌名菜,限量每人一碗架乍 ﹗米係炸過架喎,口感似米通卜卜脆好過癮 ﹗龍蝦湯香而不濁,清得黎帶點忌廉味道。燈影煎堆,同事見到隔離有煎堆,自己又想食囉。無問題,齊齊試試啦。即叫即炸熱辣辣,外層舖滿芝麻,十分香脆,咬落嚥嚥??,口感一流 ﹗但係味道偏淡,再甜少少會好味啲。蝦片、燒腩仔、陳醋雲耳、椒鹽龍鬚、南海 XO 醬鴨舌、天麻魚皇、龍蝦湯泡貴妃飯、美極煎黑豚、水煮特級肥牛、上湯腐竹浸涼瓜、金榜煮大蝦、片版鴨、燈影煎堆 ﹗我地都唔係食好多野啫 ﹗
