To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前一向有食太子金仔嘅烤魚,覺得價錢合道,烤魚味道都唔錯,原來長沙灣都有金仔,因為住得近就轉移陣地經常食,差不多當佢係食堂,老實講,雖然價錢尚算合理,質素已不復當年了,我最愛嘅泡椒雞腳,每次到金仔必食一至兩碟,以前我覺佢係泡椒雞腳中做得最好味嘅店,但近呢半年多次食到d雞腳係起"汕"嘅,雞腳表面有一層滑嘟嘟嘅"汕", 口感好嘔心,諗起都想嘔,雖然都會換過比我,但好多次食都係咁,我已怕怕,而家唔敢食喇,其他食品嘅份量都縮水不少,蓮藕片一碟得8塊,連order一碟芫茜份量比鋪在烤魚上面的更小,以前就貪佢價廉物美,而家就只有價廉,物就⋯將貨就價囉,其實而家食烤魚,雞煲嘅店有好多選擇,款式比佢多好多,佢再唔進步,睇嚟我都要搬飯堂了。
