To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 填鴨同樣唔夠熱,皮唔脆,鴨肉唔香口,完全冇入口即溶既油脂感,連擺盤睇落都有啲求其。
溫度係致命傷,唔夠熱已扣好多分。好Sad!


北京芝麻大餅,又係一個令人失望既點心,

炸既澱粉一般都唔會難食,但佢餡極少(看圖),芝麻炸完Suppose好香口,但佢又唔夠香。
我明佢價錢唔貴,但食過大都烤鴨個黃金芝麻餅之後,有比較,有傷害。
北京樓呢個輸九條街左右,冇下次。

跟餐迫於無奈食咗呢個拌麵,同行者未上檯已講:呢個麵好難食架
我心諗有冇咁誇呀,試咗一啖,原來真係惡夢黎。
一夾上手,成舊麵痴埋一住,其實睇張相都應該feel到有幾Overcook,成碗隔夜米線咁既樣

食到入口除咗成口都係油之外,冇其他野留低。
呢種麵好明顯唔適合攞黎做拌麵。
可以話我自己响屋企整都好食過佢。

總結
食完人均消費>250,然而食物質素對唔住呢個價,曾幾何時北京樓都係一個信心保證黎,旺角呢間都屹立多年,時至今日愈做愈差,連服務同清潔竟然都唔合格,真係唏噓,可唔可以把關得好啲?
