To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 星期五臨收工先約朋友食飯，所以冇book枱。喺sogo出面一望見到沙嗲王，就膽粗粗上去睇吓。沙嗲王係中學時代成日都食嘅餐廳之一，因為又平又好食。八點鐘上到去，𨋢口出面已經企滿晒人，二人枱差唔多要等20張，不過知道沙嗲王出餐好快，應該唔駛等好耐所以都照等。大半個鐘之後等到有枱，坐低後連餐牌都唔使睇，已經知道要食咩，梗係叫個沙嗲湯麵同埋白咖喱飯啦。豬軟骨沙嗲粉絲：豬軟骨入味，鬆化；咖喱湯底一如以往濃郁，但係粉絲就過淋，有啲糊狀，冇乜口感。白咖喱厚切豬扒飯：豬扒嘅外層炸得鬆脆，豬扒夠厚，爽口；白咖喱濃郁，撈飯一流，不其然就食晒成個飯
