今日去左尖東K11附近搵野食,見到呢間日式居酒屋,裝潢風格充滿濃厚日本風情,就入去試下。餐牌選擇都幾多,仲有日文翻譯,牆上貼左餐廳推介既菜式實物圖,我哋都參考左,並點左以下食物:明太子雞翼:滿滿既明太子包住雞翼,炸得乾身,外脆內軟,雞肉嫩滑。燒白膳:魚皮燒到脆卜卜,魚肉肥美肉厚,燒到金黃色,串燒絕對係居酒屋既必食之選。 汁燒魷魚筒:魷魚筒原隻上,未食已經覺得好吸引,肉質爽口富彈性,味道鮮甜,灑上蔥花,更惹味。豚肉大阪燒:餡料有椰菜絲、章魚粒,面層就鋪滿紫菜絲、大阪燒醬、沙律醬、國產豚肉,令口感好有層次、好豐富,餅身唔算太厚,唔會覺得膩。小店對食物既用料配搭,一定有經過細心考量和試驗,令我哋可以細味食物本身既原味道,下次一定會再嚟試其他野。
