To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首先同大家講講譚仔喺有分三哥定譚仔！你可以響門口睇牌分到，同埋睇佢哋用嚟岀菜嘅碗都可以睇到！如果係譚仔三哥嘅話就會用黑色嘅碗，相反係譚仔嘅話就唔會用黃色嘅碗，你問我三哥同譚仔有咩分別，對於我嚟講佢兩個分別好大，首先係菜式上面嘅唔同，有時候兩邊都會有一個特色嘅菜式同埋限定米線。如果嚟到香港想食啲平價又好味嘅美食呢一個好值得推薦比遊客食，因為呢個真係地道美食！價錢呢人均大概$50-$80都有，豐儉由人啦不過!今次呢我就嗌咗兩餸再加個麵，然後呢就再嗌咗個細嘅蒜泥白肉。如果你唔識揀嘅話，其實我覺得都可以推薦食一個過橋米線，因為我覺得過橋米線係好足料，男人食嘅話絕對係夠飽！
