Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 到上水做事,又想飲茶,多數考慮到潮江春,尤其疫情下,考慮衛生問題,人數少也不用同其他食客搭枱,首選潮江春。是日剛好下午茶時間,2PM拿票,在門口等侯下午茶的客人很多,等了約30分鐘才可入座。點了3款點心,大、中、小點一律$23燒賣上枱熱騰騰,有蝦肉,豬肉半肥半瘦,沒有了以前的鮮味,不過不失金錢肚又係熱騰騰,份量多,用料正,夠晒誠意,金錢肚又厚又大件,約有6至7件,底部有三件豆腐卜,沙嗲醬汁香濃,可惜處理時間不足,未夠淋身,要出多幾分牙力咀嚼。叉燒腸我好少會點腸粉,見鄰枱叉燒腸皮薄餡多好吸引,忍唔住叫返碟。上枱賣相先失望,皮依然薄,但有一條腸粉皮爆了,我轉到另一邊影相,,叉燒做饀粉份量好多,而且熱度只是微暖,味道大大扣分。下午茶茶錢$11,加上三碟點心共$88埋單。環境、食物,服務,水準之上,下午茶價錢更是物超所值。另一天的週未午茶,時間約12時多,客人不算多,在Foodgulu取票,約等1-2個號碼,到達時已可直接入座。點了鐵觀音,水滾茶靚安排了坐二人的桌子,尚算寬敞餐具款式簡潔,乾淨企理點了鵝片$158和蠔仔粥$50鵝身幾瘦,皮下脂肪不多,份量不少,分成薄片,擱在底部的鹵水豆腐之上,

鵝身幾瘦,皮下脂肪不多,份量不少,分成薄片,擱在底部的鹵水豆腐之上,淋上微熱鹵汁,味道不油膩、不霸道,鵝瘦肉實,肉質略嫌未夠鮮嫩,豆腐嫩滑入味,每次到潮江春我都會點鵝片,信心保證。

熱騰騰上桌,眼見有不少脹卜卜的蠔仔,賣相幾吸引,傳菜姐姐附上胡椒粉

放了點胡椒粉,可惜掩蓋不了蠔仔的腥味,而且米飯量很少
