約咗家人聚餐,為咗方便大家,相約喺上水食,原計劃食上海菜,發覺得一間普通就轉間好一點,最後決定去上水滙間潮江春。一入去成間酒樓無乜人,裝修係唔錯。沙律蝦球,上枱即影相,好似幾靚,份量就算少,大約6-7隻,食落就無乜特別,主要係沙律醬味。小炒王有鑊氣,用料都足又係無乜味。小雲吞煲仲搞笑,同我喺屋企整灣仔碼頭一樣。魚蛋煲魚蛋好普通,湯底淡。鹵水鵝片,有鹵水味,鵝肉又係無乜味道,有啲失望。生炒骨算唔錯,炒得夠乾身。蠔仔煎蛋,唔係炸蠔餅,蠔仔都可以,要靠魚露。覺得各樣味道都偏淡味,可能係餐廳預設定都唔其。

鵝身幾瘦,皮下脂肪不多,份量不少,分成薄片,擱在底部的鹵水豆腐之上,淋上微熱鹵汁,味道不油膩、不霸道,鵝瘦肉實,肉質略嫌未夠鮮嫩,豆腐嫩滑入味,每次到潮江春我都會點鵝片,信心保證。

同屋企人食飯,總係覺得係酒樓食會溫馨d,始終係圓枱,又唔會趕你走,又坐得比較舒服,所以就揀潮江春,疫情下係小左人,所以闊落d,一d都唔迫我地揀左幾碟小菜鵝片:潮洲酒樓基本野,無乜肥膏,啖啖肉,好食菠蘿咕嚕肉:小炒就一定嗌佢,貪佢有鑊氣,但係依間野嘅份量實在太少,4/5個人食,真係得4/5舊,擺碟係幾靚,但食得唔暢快,味道可以魚香茄子煲:一齊食飯,緊係要叫個煲,我嗌左依個,因為撈飯一流,有好香鹹魚味,又熱辣辣,讚👍🏼仲嗌左個菜同埋雞,不過不失不過依間野價錢比較貴,性價比唔高

26/6/2021 晚餐叫咗一碟栗子炆雞,吾單止好少雞肉,仲好多栗子,但係啲栗子係壞嘅。我們作出投訴,但他們不理會,只是送咗兩碗糖水作罷,又唔肯更換,照樣要比錢,員工態度扣曬分。另外,壞咗既餸為何還要比顧客吃,還要收錢,這樣的酒樓即是趕顧客走啦!是否你將壞咗食物放上枱面,你食唔食我都照收錢!對我們客好唔公平,員工態度完全唔掂。另外佢上菜速度都好慢,明明當晚沒冇一半的客流量,卻等了足足半個鐘還未上菜,嗰啲廚師好唔掂!

今日11點前我拎左飛,但係過左number,係接待處既員工叫我坐係到等,我一邊等,一邊見眼前見過左幾個號碼都未到我,仲要我等左半個鐘,要鬧先比位我。真心差評。黎左e到食左成3年,都未試過比d員工咁樣對待,今次食完可能下次都吾會再黎,真係好嬲!

依間酒樓令我最深刻嘅個前菜,係酸菜加花生,幾好味開胃,當然要收錢啦😂😜D食物呢……一分錢一分貨羅,係算上水酒樓中最高質,環境最好,但同樣價錢最貴😅今日除點心外仲叫左個餐:虾球脆面+菜,個脆面……我都係覺得傳統加浙醋食好食D🤣🤣至於d點心,比我哋平時食開嘅酒樓個量係多少少嘅,例如:粉果一籠有4粒,鳳爪一籠有多隻……味道呢,我地都覺得無咩特別,反而無左d古法味,係個環境同餐具真係高級d😁要同貴客飲茶,喺上水黎講,依間係不二之選的了😆

今日下午三人去飲茶,啲點心越來越差!叫咗五個點心。牛肉腸粉,啲腸粉皮又厚又唔熱,同待應反映咗,佢拎咗入去廚房,3分鐘後出返嚟,微波爐叮熱,結果好熱不過腸粉更加硬,佢連蒸翻熱既誠意都冇。🤬蝦餃啲皮好厚,啲蝦好乾,應該之前雪左好耐。春卷微暖。潮州粉果OK,豉汁鳳爪一般。3 過人連茶錢,240 元。價錢唔算貴,不過食物勁難食!唔再俾機會佢囉。食公仔點心好過啦!
