To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

加咗價之後更加明顯地感受到，平日嘅下午茶係會抵好多！可能而家星期六日減少嚟飲茶哈哈 Menu呢兩次都冇轉，都係嗌嗰啲嘢，不過今日覺得潮州粉果麻麻哋，個皮好厚反而26個八嘅棉花雞好足料！雞有兩至三舊，其他每樣都有兩嚿，個魚肚好好味，冬菇都好香濃，紅棗杞子都新鮮推介，而且雞冇乜梳打粉幾實淨金錢肚都好靚靚仔底下有香甜蘿蔔，正👍今日豉椒蒸鮮魷都不差其實每次都靚仔！條尾穩定皮蛋瘦肉粥16個八好大碗，不過呢個粥係平嘢都知道，不過暖吓胃都值得啦皮蛋都有幾粒仔好快韭黃鮮蝦腸好味不會太油😋整體環境服務都唔錯！平日飲茶真係好好多
