To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實幫襯過不少,由未裝潢前到裝潢後,從疫症前到疫症後,沒堂食到再開返堂食。近來是不少人都喜歡外賣,但問題出在堂食出餐速度,或說他們廚房不夠主廚應付炒煮類,1個小時午膳時間,步行點餐到有飯到得返20至15分鐘,試問叫人怎倒飯落口?還有出餐不快,以至外面待應也受氣。更有待應玩客,本身點了餐出了餐纸,遲遲未出到餐找資深女待應追餐,結果有同事看到她拿餐單同收銀吹水眼超超?再過一會問她追單,她竟作狀重新落單。見勢色不對,找另一男待應追餐,之後先有另一女待應拿點餐單放在枱頭!?試問上班已多辦公室政治,沒人願意在午休午飯時再受這些女待應的小擺戲,基本上以後都不會幫襯。關於午市堂食點餐,若只有1小時,午餐炒麵炒飯可以不選,出餐最慢,要40分鐘,其他午餐類有即炒也可能費時間,最快只有燒味類,是唯一選擇。不過有同事看過燒味斬料師傅在疫情時抹過鼻再斬料。說返食物,燒味確是可推介,粵菜炒麵炒飯也不錯,午餐時的例湯也算足料,算這區中餐除酒家外不錯選擇。若有足夠時間,是可慢慢享用的地方。
