To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今朝見無乜野做,就打算落慈雲山中心搵間餐廳食,之後見到平時少食既湯加無乜人,就行入去食啦。入到去自己搵個位坐,睇完餐牌就落單,不過唔知係因為朝早定平時都係甘,個場都係得一個waiter同一個執檯,舉左手一陣先有人睇到。之後點左個花生醬煉奶厚多士配熱冬瓜茶,等左大約五分鐘就有得食。整體質素不過不失,d野食唔算熱但多士黎講算唔錯,有冬瓜茶飲都係吸引我既一個要素,同埋埋單都只係23蚊。其實個個位好多手都係死場,不過湯加都做左幾耐下,希望佢可以繼續做啦,因為佢早餐都幾好食。
