大圍站旁的老牌酒樓,主打燒鵝,乳鴿和雞粥,平日的晚上人氣也挺足的,而且小菜價錢不算很貴,味道有水準!椒鹽鮮魷(128元)滿滿一大碟,每一件都包裹著薄薄的脆漿,炸得外脆內爽滑多汁,味道帶點辣味,再配上喼汁,更突出鮮味和解膩金牌燒乳鴿(78元)基本上每檯必點的一道菜式,乳鴿吃起來外脆內嫩的,有豐富的肉汁,而且醃得非常入味,不會沾調味料都好吃!沙田新強記雞粥(60元/位)雖然只是叫了1位的份量,但也是滿滿的一大鍋!雞粥吃起來非常綿滑,每口都是濃濃的雞香,而且還放了新鮮的雞件下去,吃起來更嫩滑,不會煮到變老的雞件!

沙田新強記雞粥(60元/位)


雖然只是叫了1位的份量,但也是滿滿的一大鍋!雞粥吃起來非常綿滑,每口都是濃濃的雞香,而且還放了新鮮的雞件下去,吃起來更嫩滑,不會煮到變老的雞件!
