今日晚飯嚟到呢間屹立咗喺沙田大圍好多年嘅老字號。招牌燒鵝乳鴿雞粥小菜套餐($758)(4人)一個價錢,已經可以食晒餐廳最出名嘅嘢,呢個套餐絕對大滿足。乳鴿俾咗兩隻,每人食到半隻乳鴿,佢炸得好脆,味道一啲都唔騷,果然係招牌菜。雞粥嘅份量,分四個人嘅話每人都可以有兩碗,絕對唔吝嗇。粥嘅味道夠晒濃,好入味,粥亦都好綿,入口舒服。燒鵝好肥美,鍾意食皮嘅人會好開心,因為嗰啲皮好脆,不過鍾意食肉嘅話,佢嘅燒鵝就肥膏比較多,肉嘅部份得好少。另外兩個小菜,我哋叫咗椒鹽九肚魚同埋金銀蛋莧菜,不過不失,都係家常小菜。 continue reading

呢間係好出名嘅沙田雞粥同燒乳鴿,以前同屋企人經常過嚟食野,不過真係太耐無嚟過,而家自己生完小朋友在次過嚟食,無諗過咁驚喜,味道同細個時食嘅味道一樣,實在太回味,今次食返最出名嘅紅燒乳鴿,一樣係咁皮脆肉嫩。魚香茄子普普通通一道菜但係就煮到好有鑊氣味道啱啱好。黃金蝦球粒粒都係大蝦超級香脆嘅外皮包住鹹鹹香香嘅金沙,香口都爆。仲有個魚湯腐皮浸時菜,魚湯味道好好比我當湯咁飲哂。整體有種懷舊嘅親切感。員工仲好好態度好好服務。 continue reading

主打懷舊粵菜及懷舊點心,環境明亮舒適,啱晒家庭或朋友聚會。我次次去都係為咗搵番舊式香港人情味。必點招牌強記雞粥,材料豐富,粥底夠清甜,雞肉滑溜,米粒黏綿綿,簡單但有心機。燒鵝脾飯,鵝脾份量足,肉質結實帶肉香,啲飯吸晒鵝汁,食落滿足。加$68 就可以有金牌燒乳鴿一隻,外皮金黃,但今次鴿肉就乾咗少少。懷舊點心方面,古法燒腩卷外脆內嫩,油香但唔膩。糯米包大大個,餡料飽滿,軟糯鹹香;椰香黃金糕香滑唔太甜,好有懷舊感覺。菜式用心傳統,好值得推薦。 continue reading
