朋友要移民啦,呢排主要都係食中菜同東南亞菜。大圍呢間新強記,侍應姐姐服務好好,會就住人數提客人點幾多個菜。🦐迷你海皇冬瓜盅(期間限定)($188) 一坐低,姐姐就問飲唔飲冬瓜湯,佢話得返兩盅,賣完就冇。即刻叫咗一盅,雖然佢叫迷你冬瓜盅,但係其實份量十足,材料豐富,有魚肉、元貝、蝦乾等等,我哋三個人,每個人起碼飲咗三至四碗。天時暑熱,食冬瓜盅啱晒👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻砂煲鮮雞粥($60)雖然係一人份量,但份量十足👍🏻每人都食到兩至三碗。用砂煲仔上, keep到個溫度,而且雞肉鮮嫩又滑,成煲粥都好鮮甜。新強記燒鵝王($190)嚟呢度真係要試佢個燒鵝,皮脆薄嫩,肉質鮮甜,超級香口😋😋😋食到停唔到口椒鹽鮮魷($128)外皮炸到脆卜卜,入面嘅魷魚新鮮爽脆,雖然有啲熱氣,但係真係好香口。😋😋最後仲有最正嘅糖水今日有綠豆沙紅豆沙兩款都各有千秋👍🏻👍🏻紅豆沙粒粒分明,有香濃陳皮味,仲起晒沙😍😍綠豆沙仲加咗臭草,清熱氣一流👍🏻👍🏻整體服務質素非常之好,每款食物都好好味,有傳統酒樓嘅人情味👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

今次我想同大家分享一下我最近去飲茶嘅經歷,真係好開心!我點咗幾樣好正嘅點心。首先係牛肉腸,外皮滑滑,裡面嘅牛肉餡好鮮嫩,咬落去有種滿足感。接住係黃金糕,金黃色嘅外表,口感軟綿,甜而不膩,真係好好味!然後我仲試咗棉花雞,雞肉嫩滑,配上特製醬汁,味道一流,令人一口接一口。燒賣就更加唔使講,肉質鮮美,還有蝦仁,口感層次分明。最後,鳳爪就係我最鍾意嘅,醃得剛剛好,咬落去彈牙,真係好過癮!整體來講,今次飲茶真係好滿足,唔單止食物好味,仲有同朋友一齊分享嘅樂趣,真係一個好好嘅下午!希望下次可以再嚟! continue reading

住附近,有朋友来人多的时候经常去,一直觉得菜品挺好。这次必须给评论了。拿了三个可乐,没打开,我说要退一瓶,不给退!还是两个服务员冲我说下单了不让退,好凶!好么我也只能跟着嚷嚷了,吃个饭不带这么受气的!没听说可乐下了单没付钱没打开不让退的!虽然是小事就十块钱而已,但是态度我不能忍受!最后可能看我强势就给退了,但是心里很不舒服,本来烧鹅吃得好好的,影响心情!难道不给退也是香港餐饮业潜规则?以及,确实没法和深圳比!开始理解港人宁愿费时间也要北上了! continue reading

新強記今日同老婆去一間大圍地標餐廳,就係(新強記燒鵝海鮮酒家),今日送完阿仔上堂,同老婆2人世界,食番d有水準既酒樓點心。今日去到已經係中午食飯時間,都要等陣位先入得。去到即刻點左佢地出色既點心先。菜苗鮮蝦餃:好大隻,菜苗好嫩,冇牙都食到,蝦🦐又大隻。懷舊鴨扎:鴨腳扎仲大過我拳頭👊,包住滿滿既餡。香茜牛肉腸:腸粉好大條,又滑,牛肉又足料。脆脆紅米腸:好特別顏色既腸份,竟然係紅色,包住脆脆再加埋肉鬆,口感好特別。胡椒咸菜豬肚湯:依個湯每次必叫,又大碗又好飲,又足料。瑤柱蛋白炒飯:每粒飯都被雞蛋包住,粒粒分明,好有鑊氣。Ps:另外佢地其實仲有好多招牌菜,燒鵝/雞粥/乳鴿,每樣都係我最愛😍 continue reading
