To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去完愉景灣酒店staycation搭船前去試吓,  環境都幾靚, 枱與枱之間都好闊落幾舒服。蒜香蝦春卷, 入面蝦肉都幾多, 皮好脆應該係即叫即炸, 好味。松茸棉花雞 - 棉花有三大舊, 足料唔錯竹笙龍蝦湯餃- 龍蝦湯底少少偏咸, 竹笙唔算粗大, 普普通通LA 蜂蜜蛋散好鬆脆, 一D 都唔硬, 但如果比碟蜂蜜自己淋就仲好 XD蜜汁黑豚肉叉燒 - 豬味濃係好食, 但真係有D 貴香芒雙皮奶凍 - 正正常常都唔錯, 算平添。平日星期二黎, 但都幾多人 , 建議都係BOOK 枱好D ,  呢到仲有片皮鴨食, 仲係拎出黎片比你睇, 全程見到3-4次出黎片鴨, 應該都幾出名, 下次有機會再黎食既話試吓先
