To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 逸東軒貴為米芝蓮一星餐廳已好幾年,之前食過佢既晚市,今次就試下佢既點心環境不是平時酒樓好光猛那種,呢度燈光夠柔和,令人相當舒服XO醬炒蘿蔔糕蘿蔔糕煎得十分香脆,XO醬適中,不會太辣,一口蘿蔔糕食時亦都相當方便脆皮流沙包用上炸銀絲卷既方法整個落油鑊炸,加埋入面既流沙蛋黃,好香口香麻煎堆仔煎堆仔外脆內軟,炸得唔油膩,好食筍尖鮮蝦餃蝦爽口彈牙,皮不厚,不錯原隻鮮蝦蒸腸粉D蝦真係原隻上,仲要都幾大隻,新鮮好味帶子蒸燒賣呢款燒賣配搭出面較少有,帶子無老到,相信要唔同時間蒸先做到咁既效果,心機菜陳皮牛肉球平時牛肉球好少會食到陳皮既味道,陳皮既香有助去除牛肉既膻,味道幾夾麵醬蒸排骨排骨顏色偏粉紅,不過係熟晒既,麵醬蒸有種咸咸香香既味道豬脷蠔豉燒賣呢款相信是新年先有既點心,取其好意頭,味道同配搭都幾有新鮮感一星米芝蓮餐廳價錢算係十分平民,加上黃店點心餐廳真係不多,支持黃色經濟圈
