To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間價錢親民、快靚正嘅餐廳～今次就試咗番茄湯腩肉米線、蒜泥白肉同埋麻辣豬肚絲。個人比較唔食得辣，想食辣嘅朋友可選擇1-10辣度，我最鍾意蕃茄湯底係因為佢真係好多塊番茄放喺面！味道方面，個人認為腩肉、炸漿同埋雞肉味道都唔錯，推介大家試吓～一開始其實唔鍾意食蒜泥白肉，因為覺得食落去係涷嘅同埋蒜蓉味太濃烈😂😂後來試多幾次之後發現將腩肉包住蒜蓉食先係呢味菜嘅精粹，之後每次食譚仔必叫！麻辣豬肚絲並無想像中咁辣，反而覺得口味真係有啲重，食完會口渴，不過同米線一齊食沖淡左口味之後都可以接受～
