To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳令人驚喜嘅地方係一入到餐廳老闆就好快端上一碗熱紫菜湯，同埋即刻問我食乜嘢,服務態度係抵讚嘅！食物質素方面，我叫咗個牛腩飯，我朋友要咗個粉面雙拼（牛腩、魚皮餃）。牛腩肥瘦均勻，食落去幾好食，唔似有啲鋪頭嘅牛腩會太瘦，食落去成口都係渣。需要改善嘅地方係，成碟菜雖然有附送生菜，但係份量有啲少，成餐野變咗多肉少菜。我我都試咗朋友碗麵嗰魚皮餃，食落都幾好味，魚皮餃嗰皮食落去好煙靭，推介！成個餐美中不足嘅地方係，一開始送嗰紫菜湯味精味比較重，飲落去有啲鹹，飲完會好口乾，呢一點可以改善下～粉面雙拼HKD$29牛腩飯HKD$35
