Restaurant: Jashan Celebrating Indian Cuisine

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 相約在中環返工的朋友食飯,佢約左我去呢度 開頭係樓下望見,以為係間酒吧添~ 一上到去,未食已經好興奮,個環境勁靚~ 顧客好多都係外國人,同本地人既比例係一半半度~ 一坐底,未叫野食,已經送上了兩人份的WELCOME DRINK 同小食~ 講緊既係2杯有少少咖喱味的湯 同 薯仔餅 薯餅入面混左唔少香料,食落唔似平時既食既薯餅咁DRY~ 而且焗過,好香口~ 餐廳位於二樓,落地大玻璃窗對住中環特色舊建築,好有殖民時代既風味~ 望住咁有FEEL既景,飲番杯印度 MANGO LASSI,又可以傾成晚啦~ LASSI 夠凍,唔算好甜,有濃濃的芒果香味~ 朋友叫左杯印度生啤,同平時飲開既LOCAL 啤分別不大~ 雖然食左個WELCOME DRINK 同FOOD, 但指定既胡椒餅依然不缺~ 胡椒餅既胡椒味唔算好濃,薄荷醬唔算太薄荷,另一個好似燒汁既醬,比起平時既奇怪印度醬更易入口~ 係睇緊食咩既時候,經理好開心咁同我講佢地間餐廳攞左法國藍帶餐廳的殊榮 今日去左攞獎~ 佢好興奮咁俾我睇佢今日攞獎d 相添~XD 原來呢間餐廳都開左好多年,而且城中好多名人都黎食過,又係經理SHOW 相既時間~XD 我話呢度

佢同初初食個WELCOME FOOD 差唔多,不過最特別係加左個好似生果蓉的SOURCE, 甜甜地,好野味~

令到成個餅變左另一種味道~

成個餅以菜蓉,豆蓉,薯仔混合左,食落好似食菜餅咁,入面加左左少少芝士調味

感覺幾新鮮,因為全菜既關係,食左2件都唔覺好膩

羊肉好淋,無咩羊騷味,待應話呢個羊醃左十幾個鐘架啦~ 所以先咁淋咁入味~

咖喱唔係算好辣個D, 之前問過佢話係MEDIUM SPICY, 不過對我黎講就係小小辣咁囉~

印度飯混合埋肉同咖喱食,同豉油撈飯咁,可以食幾碗囉~XD

NAAN 一客3件,幾大塊,個底有少少焦味~ 可能係佢既特色黎~

平時去中環食飯,想搵間靚少少既餐廳,閒閒地都幾百蚊一個人

呢間印度餐廳環境夠哂正,價錢都係百鬆D蚊一個主菜

下次約朋友去中環食飯唔使怕個銀包赤啦~
Other Info. : 窗邊既卡位坐得較舒服,BOOK枱時可問下 待應好有禮貌,亦會自動幫客人影相,教人點食,好熱情~
