🥟鋿晶館👨‍🍳👣 值得科勞指數:🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻🏃🏻 🏃🏻🏃🏻‍♂️鋿晶館位於旺角彌敦道,方便易搵,看似平凡樸素既鋪面,好難睇得出原來係烹調自家製品牌的高端點心店,所有點心都由師傅即點即做,手作工藝滿滿。除左傳統點心之外,餐廳既菜或都非常豐富,有燉湯、小炒、炒粉麵飯同烤魚小菜。 Search 完background 先知原來餐廳主廚曾係日本東京富麗華工作多年,番香港後亦係多間米芝蓮餐廳及大型酒樓擔任主管,難怪廚藝水準一流。🍤百花炸釀蟹箝:唔係間間中菜館都有,通常都係要去飲宴先有機會食到,呢個蟹箝炸得香脆,內餡豐富,有一絲絲蟹肉,嫩滑彈牙。🥟鮮蝦菜苗餃:餃皮薄透,蝦肉彈牙,菜苗同蝦肉配合得恰到好處。🥟鮑魚北菇燒賣王:鮑魚新鮮,燒賣肉質鬆軟鮮味。🍲 蟲草花螺片燉雞湯:湯底濃郁,無死咸,原盅上,雞肉嫩滑,非常滋補。🍲 花膠螺頭燉赤肉湯:大愛呢個清甜燉湯,花膠滑,螺頭豐富湯底的口感,赤肉軟嫩,好多專門既燉湯店都做唔到呢個水準。🍚 蒜香石斑片蒸飯:石斑片嫩滑,蒜香四溢,與香軟白飯一同享用,口感極佳。🦐 黃金焗中蝦:金黃香脆的咸蛋醬包住完隻蝦肉,每一口都係咸蛋香配上蝦的彈牙鮮味,絕對令人回味
