今日特登去荃灣烘焙鋪買野,因為近排好多烘焙鋪都冇晒貨!去完入貨去千色附近搵食,發現了一間新開既西餐廳,就入去食晚餐。5點到達,餐牌仲有下午茶可以選擇,另外亦可以點晚餐。餐廳裝潢以雲石為主,感覺優雅,而且環境舒適,坐位寬敞。蘑菇忌廉湯($38)用新鮮磨菇打碎,磨菇味非常香濃石燒肉眼扒配薯條($128)點了5成熟,餐廳用上石燒方式而唔係鐵板方式,如果覺得生,可以再燒多一陣,而肉眼扒上枱時已經5成熟,所以快快切完放上碟,唔係就會過熟啦!肉眼扒都算厚身,有筋,但肉質非常軟腍不韌,肉汁好豐富,肉眼扒已經調左味,不用沾任何汁都好好味另外薯條炸到金黃香脆,是我至愛的粗薯條白桃玫瑰花伴愛玉($20)白桃味好濃,淡淡玫瑰花味,夠大杯
