To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平民價食到酒店級水準

今日放工同女友去食飯，正當諗緊食咩既時候經過一間有好多食市既大廈，咁岩我地兩個都想食西餐就上左去9樓既一間西餐廳，餐廳環境都算舒服，我就叫左西班牙黑毛豬而女友就叫左香煎阿拉斯加比目魚。 等緊野食黎既時候就上網search下呢間餐廳咩料先啦因爲見都幾多人黎食，原來呢間餐廳係最近先搬黎，之前係舊鋪時仲有一段時間排係openrice第一位😱怪唔之得咁多人啦。 呢間餐廳果然有酒店級水準我試過好多間餐廳既黑毛豬都唔好食好鞋，但呢間唔同食落好爽口又多肉汁。而比目魚就煎到外皮金黃色食落好脆而肉質又好滑配上檸檬牛油汁簡直一流。總結價錢唔算貴食物水準一流，以咁既價錢食到酒店級水準既食物真係物超所值
