To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與朋友聚會，今日試左太子既紅橋，我們點了卡邦尼意粉，佛羅倫斯焗雞扒飯，仲有蜜糖單骨雞翼。佢有set餐, 跟餐有一碗湯，沙律，主菜和飲品，如d餐唔岩食，都可以散點意粉或飯加$12就可以轉餐，但散點轉餐就冇沙律，只係有餐湯同飲品。食物質素幾好，唔錯，性價比高餐湯有分中西湯，西係紫薯湯，但我怕西湯漏，所以揀左中湯既瘦肉節瓜，好飲沙律就普普通通卡邦尼意粉，好好食，意粉有口感，幾彈牙，唔會過淋，而且煙肉，冬菇都好足料，佛羅倫斯芝士焗雞扒飯，這個都足料好味蜜糖單骨雞翼，我至愛，鐘意蜜糖雞翼既朋友都應該會好鐘意食，如果唔係，應該會覺得甜，因為好多蜜糖~總結，餐廳環境比較細，食物性價比高，服務員態度都好好，正評
