To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日中午霖住食一家店的，去到排長龍，而且仲落緊毛毛雨，所以就去左附近既哩間譚仔度食啦，哩間我都來過很多次，上到來排左幾分鐘隊就有位坐低啦！我叫左個麻辣十小，豆卜、酸菜、雞肉配凍檸茶。可能食飯時間啦，實在太多人，所以都等左一D時間。不過真係要同大家介紹一下我覺得湯底加埋酸菜，特別香，真係為湯底增加不少味道，而豆卜再吸收D湯底既味道，好正，大家不妨可以試一試，譚仔不嬲都我至愛，又抵食，食物又唔差，今次無叫到皮蛋同土匪雞翼，哩兩樣我都好鍾意食。
