To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次黎食，睇下野食定服務點樣。價錢同食物質素正常，都可以。環境整潔算可以，但系非常嘈吵。出餐快，服務算正常。呢個系常餐五香肉丁即食麵配牛油麵包炒滑蛋正常水準，不過不失。配個麵包好食。食完成個餐好飽呢個系豬排蕃茄腸仔米線份量好多，米線好足量豬排有d淡，份量叫多。湯底蕃茄唔系好濃。凍朱古力有少少粉未溶，唔夠解渴。睇評論以為服務員肯定聲大夾惡趕客果類。其實就系普通茶餐廳既服務。叫到我地個號碼後，門口個服務員被人叫，又好急咁走左去水吧。跟住第二個服務員就問系咪叫我地號碼然後指左張枱，話呢度啦呢度啦。食野果陣仲聽日同佢地熟客吹下水推薦下邊樣好食。又同另一個服務員講笑，人地婆婆等左外賣好耐啦，頸都長，快少少啦。覺得服務都算正常。人地一日幾百個客邊得閒針對你。比左50幾蚊就要人四萬咁口笑著侍候你，當自己皇帝咩。

五香肉丁即食麵配牛油麵包炒滑蛋
正常水準，不過不失。
配個麵包好食。
食完成個餐好飽

呢個系豬排蕃茄腸仔米線
份量好多，米線好足量
豬排有d淡，份量叫多。
湯底蕃茄唔系好濃。
凍朱古力有少少粉未溶，唔夠解渴。
