To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次我們去了為處荃灣享和街的地道越南小店 50幾蚊連飲品 都算是平民食堂泰式咖哩蟹肉海鮮 配 越式法包 ($58)泰式咖哩蟹肉有很多小魷魚,味道濃郁,再夾埋越式法包大啖大啖咬下去 非常惹味牛油果控必點!  (跟餐$25)飲完一啖後就停不了口,牛油果愛好者必點蟹膏湯檬 (豬紅 , 豆卜, 雞蛋蟹膏,札肉片) ($55) + $3 C0T這個蟹膏炒雞蛋,不太試得出蟹膏味道,蛋香略為蓋過蟹膏不過蕃茄湯酸酸甜甜,味道精新另外我們再加追一份魚露雞翼 + 春卷普通炸物 過下口癮 增加下卡路里給吸收
