我好鐘意食石燒牛,生熟程度自己控制,今日黎到油麻地分店牛極,由油麻地地鐵站步行4分鐘到達,非常就腳。有5款肉選擇,牛肩排、澳洲牛仔肉眼、西冷、牛柳、日本和牛,今次我簡左牛肩排,$80 (180g)就有交易啦。最正就係沙律、麵豉湯、白飯任裝,可以食到飽。牛肩排只有一成熟,牛肩排我鐘意燒至5成熟,還保留到肉汁,肉質軟腍,牛味濃郁,我發覺燒至全熟都完全唔柴口,只加少許岩鹽或黑椒食,肉味更提升。好鐘意以到既珍珠飯,煙煙韌韌。
