To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好想去旅行，所以去咗食日本料理，當去咗旅行啦！woo見到Menu係壽司、刺身丼飯、卷物、拉麵，石鍋飯，而最特別係有素食壽司，價錢ok喎！一嚟到梗係要過清清哋嘅素三品豆腐 😋三款豆腐配上不同口味有胡麻海老、海膽同泡菜，3樣都咁好味！其實我係第一次食三文魚海膽丼架，好友推介嘩嚟到呢啲地方一定要食返個魚生飯先至係稱得上嚟個喎😂咁就畀個膽落去試下啦😋 三文魚同海膽好配合呀，海膽味道濃郁，魚生好厚架下面仲有d芝麻同紫菜碎，原來魚生飯係咁好味㗎好新鮮👍一啲都唔係我咁諗嘅會有腥味😅係好清甜添好好味架😍😍都有熟嘢食㗎🤩有熟食梗係要食我最鍾意食軟殼蟹😁牛油果軟殻蟹卷，軟殼蟹酥脆配埋蟹籽牛油果，好清新一d都唔油利呀🌞仲有海老天婦羅，食日本嘢我一定要食呢兩個😊因為好味囉同份量又足“正”！最後清清地食個綠茶冷麵😋😋淡淡綠既茶味配上傳統醬汁，好清係大熱天時嘅最佳選擇🌷#katkatfoodies

都有熟嘢食㗎🤩有熟食梗係要食我最鍾意食軟殼蟹😁牛油果軟殻蟹卷，軟殼蟹酥脆配埋蟹籽牛油果，好清新一d都唔油利呀🌞仲有海老天婦羅，食日本嘢我一定要食呢兩個😊因為好味囉同份量又足“正”！

最後清清地食個綠茶冷麵😋😋淡淡綠既茶味配上傳統醬汁，好清係大熱天時嘅最佳選擇🌷
