To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友行開就想食e間，之前食過一次都唔錯，所以想再食過今次叫左滑蛋雞肉丼飯，上次都係食e過，食過翻尋味，所以要再食個餐有埋湯份量都算大嫁雞係用雞腿肉，所以食落好嫩滑，一D都唔韌，而且都有大約10件雞❤❤雞蛋好厚身，不過第一啖食落有D鹹因為係滑蛋，所以會有少少蛋汁，飯吸左蛋汁同本身佢煮果時用的汁好香好入味😍😍，不過唔中意食濕的飯的人可能會唔中意，因為D蛋汁所以飯會比較濕，但食到最味蛋汁仲會比較出
