To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情期間不能去旅行，只好留在香港搵一些具有當地特式的餐廳，當自己去了旅行 尖沙咀美麗華廣場地下就有一間平民版的高貴英式餐廳。這裏的款式不算多，但每樣都好有特色。(左) 杏仁鍚蘭奶茶 $44         杏仁味不會蓋過奶茶味，兩個味好平均，如果喜歡奶茶的伙伴們可以試下。(右) 紅菜頭泡沫豆奶 $54   這個紅菜頭味很特別，又健康，不會太甜。這個一定要試！岩鹽雪糕心太軟  $88這個是最抵的心太軟，因為這心太軟是平時的2倍大！沒錯，是2倍大的！！而且還加了雪糕筒在上面，令整個外型更吸引。
