To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近慈雲山中心開左好多新野,作為慈雲山居民當然要試一試。唔講唔知原來呢間店本身有好多分店,店舖裝飾幾特別,好有香港味道。食物選擇繁多,初初以為叫得桃園應該主打台灣菜,點知原來雲集各國美食,不過香港煮家飯餸比較多。我叫左一客豬排蛋蓋飯,賣相唔錯,豬排味道正常。蛋同想像中有少少出入,初初以為係日本蛋包飯個種滑蛋,原來係一塊普通煎熟左既蛋,不過蛋身較薄,加左蘑菇同洋蔥,感覺更香口。飯底鋪左一層蕃茄醬,味道勁似罐頭,唔係好夾。整體而言,價錢平民而合理,味道不過不失。不過可能岩岩開張,人手短缺,上菜有點慢,希望將來會有所改善。
