To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

此築地不同彼築地,説的是位於銅鑼灣金百利廣場7樓的築地,這裏不是貴價魚生市場,而是平民的日式料理小天堂。與男友在銅鑼灣逛街,走得累了,就想找間坐的舒適,價錢相宜的日式餐廳坐下休息和醫肚子。網上找了找,附近有間樓上築地日式料理餐廳,二人晚餐才$268, 立刻就鎖定了這裏成爲是晚晚餐去處了。  一坐下,也沒多想,立刻點了二人晚餐,再加一份脆心四色($45)、一件拖羅壽司和一份火灸三文魚柳($12) 沙律很快上桌,蟹子沙律新鮮足料 吃完沙律以後,店員送上第二道小菜-鹽燒鯖魚。外皮微焦、油脂豐富,燒得非常香口。 再來的是散點的壽司。拖羅壽司油脂甘香,但筋多了點。火灸三文魚柳($12)口感特別。 脆心四色($45) 有劍魚、鱆魚、吞拿魚、三文魚,各有特色,雖然未算高等級的壽司,但綜合調味、賣相和價錢,實屬性價比高之選。 吃完壽司,店員遞上二人餐的兩道主食。黑蒜油豬軟骨拉麵味道不過不失,分量十足。 牛肉野菜壽喜燒湯底不賴,牛肉分量給的非常慷慨,還附送一碗白飯。 二人餐還包括兩杯飲品,其中一杯是巨峰提子味道的果汁,整個口腔都彌漫著巨峰提子的香味,非常香甜。  綠茶牛奶喝起來有點像好立克。 上菜節

上菜節奏有序、食物上桌次序以冷盤淡口味前、熱食重口味的食物後上,而且會在食客吃完一道才上另一道,這些都跟隨日式料理應有的順序和規則,足夠體驗到餐廳對食物品質有一定的要求。雖然價錢比同區的日式餐廳便宜,但質素卻豪不馬虎。
