Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日突然想食酥皮叉燒包,諗起添好運平靚正收工即興去食😆-1️⃣晶瑩鮮蝦餃 $312️⃣酥皮焗叉燒包 $233️⃣鮮蝦腐皮卷 $294️⃣家鄉鹹水角 $195️⃣脆皮琵琶豆腐 $246️⃣酥炸奶皇包 $21-首推叉燒包,腐皮卷都唔錯。蝦餃皮較厚,冇乜調味,唔推。奶皇包我以為都係叉燒包個整法點知原來係似炸饅頭,奶黃唔流心又無奶黃味,極度唔推。鹹水角同琵琶豆腐正正常常,無特別推唔推。-總結:普普通通,不過不失,點心選擇唔算多,勝在平。
