To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 現在食點心已經不一定去大酒樓,米之連也可以平民化,添好運不用多介紹了,酥皮叉燒包是必食,皮脆肉滑,現在很多點心店也有類似做法,但本店是本人五年前第一印象最深!蝦餃不過不失!糯米雞有潤腸、冬菇、但內𥚃沒有雞件😓!特別的就是豬潤燒賣,豬潤新鮮沒有嗅腥味,用薑汁酒醃過,半肥瘦豬肉加原隻蝦仁做成,正正正!茶只有一種!食咁多只需$117超值,可能平曰不用排隊,經過一定會再來
