To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

💛紫薯忌廉湯忌廉湯裏面有粒粒紫薯，有沙沙口感，但紫薯味比較淡，味道都唔錯😉💛蝦多士蝦多士入口唔會太油，蝦滑口感彈牙，而且份量都唔少，個日用優惠價加配，一份有兩件，同朋友share啱啱好💛蜜糖單骨雞翼本身雞翼已經炸過再加埋蜜糖調味，加上雞翼斬開咗做單骨，食嘅時候比較方便😝💛軟殼蟹漢堡雖然係lunch time，不過份量都唔細，加埋番茄同其他蔬菜一齊食，感覺上冇咁油膩😋另外都有唔少薯角伴碟，啖啖薯蓉，同樣用咗蜜糖調味😙推薦～
