To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又嚟晚餐時間，今日唔想食飯，就嚟個自己揀嘅米線+小食餐啦！Lee間又方便，又唔洗點等位，最好就係唔洗點諗就揀到食乜，間直就係我嘅飯堂呀！先嚟個"過橋米線套餐"3小辣，老婆就話辣度啱啱好，我個人就鐘意再辣D，Lee間米線湯底清清地Keep到水準，加上多餸多都不得了，魚蛋、牛丸、墨丸、豬膶、牛肉、雞肉、豬肉、腩肉、火腿、炸醬、酸菜、竹笙、芽菜、腐皮、生菜、豆卜，睇下咁多餸兩個人孖份，再加多個小食絕不為過。講到小食今日就揀咗"麻辣豬耳"十次就有八次揀佢，好爽脆，辣味剛好，一定要撈混先好食。除此之外，佢仲有個"紅油木耳"都好正，一樣又辣又爽脆。
