To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城有好多美食但多數唔平，而且大多是泰國餐廳，今日行過候王道見到間紅雞餐廳，見佢餐牌簡簡單單得幾樣野但又啱我口味，於是就入去試一試。紅雞什扒飯配黑椒汁：什扒有豬扒、雞扒、煙肉同蛋，雞扒肉滑有少少雞油香，豬扒係厚砌食落口感非常好而且醃得好入味，師父煎得有少少脆邊真係非常好食，煎蛋有少少流心加起黑椒汁撈勻白飯食冇得輸。經典傳統港式焗豬扒飯：新鮮番茄加上焗到一絲絲既芝士容係豬扒同炒飯上有香又鮮甜，厚砌豬扒真係好食到不得了。
