To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近排成日落雨天氣無咁熱，心血來朝好想食一碗暖笠笠石頭鍋飯，諗到銅鑼灣附近有間一於試吓依間.❥ ❥ ❥牛仔骨石鍋飯 $98牛仔骨醃得好好味，甜甜地嘅燒汁味，又有濃濃嘅牛肉味，旁邊脂肪部分煎得甘香，配料有木耳絲、粟米粒同泡菜拌入韓式辣醬，熱辣辣美味濃郁.❥ ❥ ❥三品牛肉卷 $42牛肉卷有三種口味，金菇簡直係絕配，香蕉🍌帶一點甜可以接受，芝士🧀夾埋一齊食好濃烈嘅牛肉味.❥ ❥ ❥草莓石榴熱情果梳打 $35我好鐘意飲石榴汁，呢杯有三種果味熱情果就比較偏淡，石榴汁香濃，仲有微微淡出士多啤梨🍓味,Mix埋一齊配埋梳打，夏天必飲解渴✨本店防疫做得好好，會係你點餐嘅時候，送一個信封袋住自己口罩，方便擺喺自己袋裏便或者擺喺枱上，另有一支消毒噴霧放喺枱上面方便顧客消毒，值得一讚
