幾十蚊大大碗車仔麵,聽朋友講呢間車仔麵最出名就係有個辣菜葡,咁就嚟試吓啦。叫咗豬腸雞翼同埋雞翼尖,三個餸都係我食車仔麵必備嘅。首先講吓豬腸我覺得佢處理得好好,豬腸味好濃,但係唔會有嗰種臭腥味,雞翼同雞翼尖食得出佢哋係用一啲恐龍嘅滷水汁先做個滷水底,先煮好雞翼同雞翼尖,因為咁樣先至會入味,但好明顯佢哋應該唔係煮好耐同埋浸好耐啲雞翼同雞翼尖,因為啲肉仲好滑唔會嚡颯颯,而個面底我就叫咗牛腩汁,否則湯底好香濃,所以成個車仔麵真係又平又正。
