To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這裡是我家的大飯堂。招牌炸蝦餅，炸得金黃色，熱騰騰入口很脆，粉醬很薄包著蝦肉鮮炸。味道適中。燒鵝外皮脆，味道好，熱騰騰地上枱。煲仔菜有魚香茄子煲，好味。虾醬芥蘭煲，色香味齊全。芥蘭很嫩。這裡還有少量海鮮供應，白焯海虾，新鮮生猛鮮甜。還可清蒸生猛魚，新鮮，價錢適宜。還有羊腩煲及醉雞煲適合天氣涼涼地秋天及冬天落單。羊腩煲味道很好羊腩不硬而且很入味再加配菜慢慢煮。醉雞煲，明火像邊爐般一邊煮再一邊慢慢食。三五好友舉杯暢飲，一樂也。
