To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Openrice 睇左最多人介紹系崩沙牛腩，可惜12點零黎食已經冇左，睇黎食呢個崩沙腩要睇運數。🥢招牌牛腩河粉🥢 $32牛腩肥瘦均勻，炆到好鬆化，湯底濃郁甘香帶肉味，河粉太多，一個女仔食會飽到上心口。早兩日都食左牛腩河，份量相若味道一樣吾錯，價錢同呢到差成一截，所以呢到性價比好高。🥢牛三寶飯🥢 $52初初以為甘大兜餸實系底下鋪左好多蘿蔔，點知得兩舊，好多都系肉，牛筋腍滑、牛肚爽口入味，牛腩肉味濃，最正都系個湯汁，清甜郁厚，就甘飲會有d鹹，所以自制左湯飯。🥢淨墨魚丸🥢$31大大粒既墨丸真系好彈牙紮實，好足料，吾系一段超市貨色。
