木屋燒烤 (旺角)旺角彌敦道593-601號創興廣場地下A號舖人山人海要等位,排隊10分鐘都好值得,好香,吸引咗好多人等食,打開個價錢牌有驚喜,真係好平喎!烤土豆片好正!外脆內軟,咬落去口感一流。撒咗啲鹽同香料,麻辣度係最刺激。烤醋澆娃娃菜幾特別,個甜酸味好醒胃,唔辣,但又有刺激感,應該係醋中和左辣,但仍然好香同清新,食落去唔會覺得膩口,食唔停。烤雞脆骨咬落去嗰陣,脆骨口感真係超級正!外面金黃爽口的,裡面又有肉的彈性,層次豐富。烤乾魷魚乾身挺直,用手套好易搣,外面烤得香脆,入面保持住咗啲彈性。鹹香味濃,搭配芥末,味道升華左。烤生蠔🦪生蠔烤得剛好,肉質鮮甜,熱辣辣,會岀煙,賣相睇落大隻又漲卜卜,引起好大嘅食慾。電白干魷炒米粉色香味俱全,米粉炒得夠鬆散,唔會黐埋一齊。干魷入味,唔油膩但偏咸,煙靭嘅質感。麥蘭鴨屎香檸檬茶茶葉帶有自然香氣,聞落好似香水,顏色清澈透亮,散發著淡淡檸檬香氣。檸檬酸甜交織恰到好處,冇孫澀味。
