To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

估唔到屯門都會有間價錢又合理，又幾好食既壽司小店。可能今日係假日，去到勁多人，要等，好彩都唔太耐，唔係又會餓死個女朋友了。講下環境：佢地店鋪真係幾細，得2張枱，但佢地會擺幾張枱係出面，所以環境都係一般，講下餐牌：佢地D餐牌都好清晰 分好哂A，B，C，D揀我地叫咗2個早餐+2件鵝肝壽司可惜既係佢黎果2件一件Ok 另一件有點細+濃濃地 錫女朋友既我當然給Ok果件俾佢啦總括黎講我都幾滿意，um下次都會再黎既希望下次件鵝肝壽司會做得更好啦！
