To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中環出名嘢食貴，放工想搵個平平地嘅餐廳食飯都幾困難😓 最近發現呢間連鎖店喺蘭桂坊地段開咗間分店，提供多款港式同健康等美食元素，希望可以滿足到香港人「快、抵、好味」嘅需求！皇牌黯然銷魂飯係新店嘅一大賣點，叉燒外皮微脆，帶點焦香味，厚度肥瘦適中，咬落軟嫩，老少咸宜、配上煎到燶邊嘅太陽蛋同靈魂甜豉油，撈飯一流🙈去骨海南雞份量十足，雞皮薄透，油潤嬌滑但食落唔膩、雞肉嫩滑，啖啖肉、可按個人喜好搭配薑蓉、黑醬汁同酸辣汁～ 油飯色澤夠黃，粒粒分明，啖啖油香、萵筍絲爽脆清身、更有足料老火湯滋潤一吓，豐富又美味😍
