To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經開九龍城最啱就係買泰國嘢食～咁多間店之中最鍾意嚟呢間好味得嚟又最近地鐵站日時間啱啱好仲可以點午餐 抵食好多㗎咖喱燒雞扒飯～一睇個黃咖喱汁啲色水就知幾香椰汁味 夠晒杰身 撈飯一流就連啲青紅椒都好惹味燒雞排大大塊 燒到夠晒香口 香葉辣椒海鮮炒河見佢啲色一啲都唔辣 但食咗幾啖啲辣就慢慢滲出嚟粗身嘅河粉好有咬口 而且好夠鑊氣有帶子、蝦、青口、魷魚夠晒滿足之前已經幫襯過海南雞～夠晒滑買半隻返屋企加餸 啲雞肉真係煮到just right拿捏得好準確年紀大嘅我仲要補充骨膠原添～豬手啖啖肉得嚟 層豬皮真係勁厚仲有呢間店嘅酸菜都好好味 唔會過咸過酸 解膩一流～仲有滷水蛋跟添
