呢排繼續尋找緊其他唔同嘅特色粉麵,上次食咗牛腩河,咁今次就食潮汕牛肉粉麵啦!於是搵咗位於油麻嘅地呢間銘記潮汕牛肉粉麵,食下到底潮汕鮮牛肉有幾特別先~新鮮雪花牛頸脊粉(河粉)💰HK$54牛頸脊呢個部位係偏瘦,肉質充滿彈性同有嚼勁,而且擁有鮮美嘅牛肉香氣!河粉麵質順滑柔軟,成碗麵整體俾人一種清爽嘅感覺!配埋自家製辣椒油,更惹味~牛魔王粉(稻庭烏冬)💰HK$78有牛頸脊、牛丸、牛柏葉、牛黃喉同埋牛骨髓,其中比較罕見嘅部位就係牛黃喉、牛骨髓同埋黑色嘅牛柏葉!黑色嘅牛柏葉非常爽口!牛黃喉則有適當嘅筋韌感,入口柔滑而唔油膩!而牛骨髓就最特別,係一種介乎於固體同埋液體之間嘅軟滑質地!另外牛丸都好出色,牛味濃郁,彈牙多汁!呢到仲可以將主食轉做口感彈牙嘅稻庭烏冬添啊~凍奶茶💰+HK$3
