本人最愛吃潮汕火鍋,尤其在假日有空時,都會到國內嘆番個好味潮汕邊壚。在香港,平日時間較倉促,又想快快品嘗番個潮汕牛肉。我建議你來試試這家銘記潮汕牛肉粉麵!今天我點了一客新鮮雪花牛頸脊粉,然後在餐牌上竟然見到牛胸爽,就是白色的,爽爽的食落充滿牛味的那個。這是我吃潮汕火鍋必叫的款式,竟然在這裡搵到!然後店員跟我說雙併都是加十元。友人就因為天口熱,不吃粉麵,點了個咖哩牛腩飯。然後我們再點了一碟菜心和兩杯飲品。二話不說,先來的是咖哩牛腩飯。牛腩的量足,咖哩汁又不會太鹹,配上白飯確是一流。友人最後連汁都撈埋,份量恰到好處。然後就是另一主角牛頸脊粉 (我叫了米粉)份量都是充足的,牛頸脊肉嫩彈牙,牛味十足。食完兩塊牛頸脊就當然要試試另加的牛胸爽,食落亦不令我失望,很爽口。配合牛頸脊一起食用,令牛頸脊的味道提升至另一層次。不得不讚的是米粉,也是非常爽口,配合清甜湯頭和滿滿的蒽蒜,絕配!如果大家能忙裡偷閒,想一嘗潮汕火鍋的味道,可以來銘記潮汕牛肉粉麵試試!

然後就是另一主角牛頸脊粉 (我叫了米粉)份量都是充足的,牛頸脊肉嫩彈牙,牛味十足。食完兩塊牛頸脊就當然要試試另加的牛胸爽,食落亦不令我失望,很爽口。配合牛頸脊一起食用,令牛頸脊的味道提升至另一層次。不得不讚的是米粉,也是非常爽口,配合清甜湯頭和滿滿的蒽蒜,絕配!
