To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 有事到銅鑼灣,順道到永年士多吃個麵。職員非常禮貌耐心,會給你算好如何點餐。選了河粉 咖喱醬微辣 魚腐 山根 流心蛋 炸魚皮 牛肚 蟹籽丸先呷一口湯,味道不算濃烈配搭微辣咖喱醬味道剛剛好,河粉幼滑。牛肚的味道,也剛剛好不會搶去湯頭的味道。山根、魚皮也吸盡湯的精華。另外,點了韭菜豬紅、奶油多士、滷水雞翼、樽仔奶茶、涼粉咖啡。韭菜豬紅選了微辣,帶點甜甜的,吃下去口感也不錯。奶油多士夾著很大片的牛油跟多得滿瀉的奶油,非常滿足。滷水雞翼有五隻,很入味,有剩的汁一併加入車仔麵更入味。樽仔奶茶茶味十足,入口順滑濃郁。涼粉咖啡初聽好像風馬牛不相及,喝了感覺卻是異常合襯。咖啡的微澀與甜甜的涼粉很合。價錢便宜,餸菜選擇多,而且味道普遍不錯。下次再來要其他餸菜~
