To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港地周圍都係連鎖餐廳今晚就同朋友去土瓜灣發掘下啲小店🥰 因為好想食韓國菜所以最後揀咗韓正屋☺️為咗趕走Monday Blue 我哋嗌咗芝士排骨韓式無骨豬手韓式海鮮煎餅拉絲芝士炒年糕韓式炒粉絲韓式海帶湯同埋韓式泡菜而飲品就揀咗熱蜂蜜紅棗茶同埋凍韓國柚子茶☺️ 但我哋實在係眼闊肚窄最後仲做埋第二日午餐😆 芝士排骨好足料排骨下面鋪滿海量芝士🧀 店員專登提醒我哋要趁熱用芝士捲起哂啲排骨方便之後食用🥰 每一塊排骨都俾芝士重重包圍食落去每一啖都好芝味☺️韓式無骨豬手軟嫩彈牙豬手用生菜包住再放上泡菜生蒜同大醬入口啖啖肉好滿足😚韓式海鮮煎餅外脆內軟配上酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁好開胃😙拉絲芝士炒年糕原本可能有啲啲辣但配上芝士中和就啱啱好再加上魚餅魚蛋同紫菜口感豐富😆韓式炒粉絲嘅調味恰到好處咸香咸香搞到我哋一啖接一啖完全停唔到！無論主食小食定係飲品都唔錯而且唔收加一絕對值得一試🥳
