To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

泰基隆係深水埗基隆街，睇個名都知係食泰國菜架啦，午餐非常抵食，所有野都係$50以內，仲要包埋飲品。雖然價錢平，但係味道都好好，好夠泰式風味😋而且份量好大份，晏就食夠曬飽肚。 1⃣️冬蔭功湯河（$48）冬蔭功酸味同辣味平衡得幾好，河粉係比較碎既，用埋隻羹食會方便啲。有好多菇，仲有三隻大大隻剝左皮既蝦，食落爽口既😌另外午餐可以揀跟洛神花茶或者青檸水，青檸水幾清爽，酸酸地幾好飲。  2⃣️泰式金邊粉（$48）平時出去食碟都起碼六七十蚊起跳啦，呢度唔洗五十蚊就食到🤩而且賣相味道都一啲都唔馬虎。做法好正宗，撈埋花生碎、青檸汁，好正😍而且金邊粉炒完保持到彈牙既質感，食落唔會感覺油膩，配料亦都好足。有豆乾、豬肉、芽菜等等。超級豐富🤤
